The TRILOGY "Breathe, Love, Yoga"
Remember Julia Roberts's inner journey in the "Eat Pray Love" movie (or the current Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of this autobiographical book)? Just like they had this beautiful journey of self realization, we will be invited to enjoy an inner and outer journey through this program set in the magical land of the south of Portugal.
Breathe, Love, Yoga is a personal and spiritual growth program, set up the 3 educational retreats to enjoy at your own pace.
There is a story line that links all these 3 retreats and that aims to provide you with experiences, tools and techniques to bring home with you, so you can live life in a more wholesome and happier way all together.
You can choose to attend one, two or the three retreats. You can start with Breathe or Love alternatively. In order to attend Yoga, you are required to have attended the former two.
Description of "BREATHE" (RETREAT 1)
During this 5-night stay we will explore "The awareness of the whole of who we really are".
This first retreat includes a program of Yoga Practices, Meditations, Pranayama (breathe work) and theory sessions all around becoming whole, understanding the self and all our many layers, moving towards accepting and loving ourselves in all our own individual shapes and tones.

Monte da Vilarinha is a countryside resort in West Coast Algarve region, just minutes away from the stunning beach of Bordeira. The region is simply magical. It might be the strength and amazing vibration of the Atlantic Ocean, the fact that Aljezur region it's situated just in the last point of mainland Europe, the winds from the different directions, the powerful and wild nature, the soul of Portugal ... It all makes this a very special and energetic little hidden corner on earth.
Monte da Vilarinha is made up of little cottages surrounded by pines, hills and valleys of pure nature and bliss. The setup is genuinely gorgeous with lots of greenery and lovely integrated architecture, a pool in our lovely garden and a natural pool that gets water directly from the fresh stream that makes it way through the property. The wooden yoga shala will be your temple whilst in here :)
The resort is located in the municipality of Carrapateira, small typical Portuguese white village. The closest beaches are Bordeira and Amado, both joined by the stunning cliffs of Pontal da Carrapateira. The region is Aljezur and is full of eco-farms, handcrafts, alternative life, surfing and beautiful things, souls and places.

PLANT BASED COOKING!
Antonia is a vegetarian for over 30 years, she's been cooking plant based meals for over a decade now. What fascinated her back then was her creativity she developed to fill the gap on her plate.
Paying special attention to the principles of Ayurveda, means to understanding the healing effects of food. This traditional system of medicine is based on studying the unique conditions of each one. Looking at personal attitudes, intolerances and being aware how to bring Joy and Love to our dishes.
Means having an understanding for the needs of every group. Adjusting meals to the specific work they are doing here at Monte da Vilarinha by using ingredients and combinations that will support them for example in their meditation or yoga practice.
We are giving our best to serve the fullest potential of ingredients. Foods are unprocessed, fresh and locally sourced. We like to challenge ourself by providing as much as possible from local farmers and homemade.
The FACILITATOR of the program
Charo, originally from South of Spain, is the creator and facilitator of this program. Now on her late thirties, she shares that she found her way and feels enormously grateful to yoga and conscious living for that: "It's a work in progress for a lifetime, but living with higher understanding of oneself and higher levels of consciousness is just priceless" , it just makes life a whole other thing ".
Charo worked in the fast-paced corporate world for years, while she started practicing yoga in 2010 in London where she lived for a few years. She came to certify as a yoga teacher in 2016, having taught many hours of classes, workshops, trainings and retreats since. She's gentle and kind in nature, and always has a smile on her face, she'll be guiding you on this journey of self-discovery :)
Will be a 50 minutes by the hands of our expert holistic therapist, Sonia. You can explain to her what you would like to have done.

Shared Room (Double or triple depending on availability on booking): € 1,450 per person
Single Room (in shared cottage, shared bathroom): € 1,875 per person
* Bookings for the 3 retreats of the trilogy booked and paid at once will have € 300 discount from the whole package price, always based on low season and early bird rate.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
The group will materialize with a minimum of 5 participants (max. Size 12 people).
Latest, 1 month prior the retreat, we will get in touch with you to confirm the group has formed or alternatively to move your booking for another date or give you the option to be refunded for the deposit.
Deposit for booking:
50% via bank transfer, remaining amount to be paid onsite on arrival.
As a general rule, full deposit will be kept in case of cancellation with shorter notice than 3 months prior to date of the retreat. Cancelations with further notice than 3 months, will be refunded, we will keep 20 € for administration fees. On individual basis we will study the possibility to move the booking to another available date.
* The price in shared room is always in a single bed, can be twin or triple room, in a shared house with other guests from the retreat, shared bathroom.
* The price in single room is always in a double bed in a shared house with other guests from the retreat, shared bathroom.
